Overview

This engaging training program focuses on personal reactions and emotions during a workplace change. Utilising a ‘logical framework’ approach and self- awareness tools and techniques to help you develop skills and perspective on the ‘change situation’ you are facing to assist you through the transition.

The program aims to help you take responsibility for how you react and respond to ‘change’.

Duration: 1 Day Interactive 'face to face' training
